Cooke Seafood Portfolio

Tassal was acquired by Cooke Inc. (“Cooke”) in November 2022. Cooke is a family owned business, drawing on decades of experience to become a global aquaculture leader.

Tassal now offers Cooke Seafood, a range of new species from around the globe into the Australian Foodservice market. These products include Sockeye Salmon, Cod, Scallops, Medallions and Crab.
