Tiger Prawn, chilli & rocket Pizza
METHOD

Pre heat oven to 220c.
- Step 2

Spread pesto on pizza bases, add bocconcini slices, top with prawns, chilli and onions.
- Step 3

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden, cheese is melted, and prawns are fully cooked.
- Step 4

Remove from the oven top with rocket and a drizzle of olive oil and pine nuts.
Ingredients:
1.2kg or 32 extra-large prawns Whole raw Tassal Aussie Tiger Prawns, (head and shell removed and deveined, tail on)
4 pizza bases
8 tbsp pesto
6-8 large bocconcini, sliced
2 large red chilli, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 medium bag (120g) baby rocket leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
Tip: Serve with a generous sprinkle of grated parmesan
