Portion mixture on to crackers, garnish with chives and extra lemon zest.

  • 200g Tassal Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
  • 50g eschalots, minced
  • 125ml crème fraîche
  • 5g chives
  • 5g dill
  • 10g capers
  • 2g lemon zest
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • sea salt & freshly ground pepper
  • crackers to serve
  • lemon zest garnish
  • chive garnish
