Portion mixture on to crackers, garnish with chives and extra lemon zest.
Ingredients:
- 200g Tassal Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
- 50g eschalots, minced
- 125ml crème fraîche
- 5g chives
- 5g dill
- 10g capers
- 2g lemon zest
- 40ml lemon juice
- sea salt & freshly ground pepper
- crackers to serve
- lemon zest garnish
- chive garnish
