Retro Prawn Cocktail
METHOD
- Step 1

Mix Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Horseradish, Chives, Lemon Juice, Ketchup and Salt & Pepper in a bowl.

Add Lettuce and Prawns into 4 glasses.
- Step 3

Drizzle Sauce over the Prawns and sprinkle with the remaining Chives.

Garnish with Lemon wedges.
