Prawn Sliders
METHOD
- Step 1

Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tails intact or remove if desired.
- Step 2

Add prawns, mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber and avocado to slider buns.
- Step 3

Ingredients:
500gm of cooked Tassal Aussie Tiger Prawns
½ cup (150g) whole-egg mayonnaise
12 Sliders of choice
1 baby Cos lettuce, rinsed
1 Cucumber, peeled lengthways
½ Avocado, sliced
