COUNTRYWIDE EXPO – COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the specific Terms and Conditions which apply to people who attend the Countrywide EXPO in Queensland and enter the competition at Tassal’s stand at the Countrywide EXPO.

1. DEFINITIONS

Promotion means the Daily Competition running during the Promotional Period for the Promotional prize.

Promotional Period means

9.00AM AEST on Friday 27th May to 3.00PM AEST – Brisbane

2. WHO IS ELIBILE FOR THE PROMOTION?

Anyone, 18 years or over, who attends Countrywide EXPO and attends Tassal’s stand is eligible to enter the competition and to receive the prize.

3. HOW DO I ENTER FOR THE PROMOTION?

Entry is through scanning the QR code on the promotion poster situated at Tassal’s stand at the Countrywide EXPO, then completing the short entry form accessed through the QR code.

4. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION?

To enter the competition during the Promotional Period you must complete the entry form that includes:

1. Name
2. Business Name
3. Business Type
4. Email address
5. Phone number

5. WHAT IS THE PRIZE OF THE PROMOTION?

1. The prize is drawn at the end of the promotional period at 3.30pm AEST Friday 27^th of May from Tassal’s Melbourne office.
2. Prize winner will be drawn at random. Tassal’s draw is final.
3. The prize is $500 worth of Tassal seafood (Tassal, Tropic Co and Superior Gold products) available from our Tassal Salmon shop in Tasmania, including delivery.
4. Winners will be notified on the day the prize is drawn and notified by email or phone.
5. If the winner does not claim their prize, the competition will not be redrawn.
6. One prize per person per entry.
7. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. In the event the prize is unavailable, Tassal reserves its right to substitute a prize of equal value.
9. Tassal is in no way liable for any loss suffered to person or property in connection with the prize or the supply thereof to the prize winner.
