Aqua Rewards Members Rewards Program Redeemable Rewards
REWARDS
• The list of rewards below are the Redeemable Rewards for eligible Aqua Rewards Members as part of Tassal Group’s Aqua Rewards Program.
• No rewards can be changed from the below list, only at Tassal Group’s discretion.
• Rewards will be fulfilled quarterly (April 21, July 21, Oct 21, Jan 22)
• To claim Redeemable Rewards, the Reward Claim Form must be completed by the 1st for each quarter (stated above) to receive Aqua Rewards Member Rewards for that quarter. Contact your Tassal Group sales rep for a Reward Claim Form or email aquarewards@tassal.com.au.
• Rewards will be delivered to a Tassal Sale Rep who will arrange delivery to the Aqua Rewards Member.
• If a Aqua Rewards Member has not scanned an Eligible Product for 3 consecutive months (within the fulfilment quarter), the Aqua Rewards Member is unable to claim any Redeemable Rewards until they re-start purchasing Eligible Products from the Tassal Group again.
• Redeemable Rewards can only be claimed once within a financial year for each Partner Level the Aqua Rewards Member reaches.
• Redeemable Rewards don’t have to be claimed all at once but can only be claimed during the quarterly fulfilment.
• Aqua Rewards Members are entitled to claim rewards for the Partner Level they are on and Aqua Rewards Members can’t claim any Redeemable Rewards above their current Partner Level until they have the total amount of Loyalty Points for that Partner Level.
• Branded Redeemable Rewards can be redeemed between Tassal Group’s two brands (Tassal and Tropic Co) but the Redeemable Rewards claimed cannot exceed the Aqua Reward Members’ Partner Level status.

POINTS
• In order to redeem Redeemable Rewards at a Partner Level:
o Customer must have Partner Level status to be able to claim rewards within that Partner level. Customer can claim Redeemable Rewards listed in the Partner Level lower than their current Partner Level if haven’t already done so.
o Complete a Reward Claim Form for the Redeemable Reward the Aqua Rewards Member is eligible to claim from the table below.
o A Tassal Group Aqua Rewards or Sale Rep will be in contact with the Aqua Rewards Member to arrange delivery of the Redeemable Reward.
• Aqua Rewards Points re-set every financial year starting 30th June 2022.
• An Aqua Rewards Member stays in the Partner Level they finished in at the end of the financial year, but their points re-set to 0. No Redeemable Rewards can be are rolled over to the next financial year, all Redeemable Rewards must be claimed before the end of the financial in which they are redeemable.

Airport transfers, food and beverages not included. This reward is provided at Tassal Group’s sole discretion and can be cancelled at any time by Tassal Group.
