Tassal Salmon Burger

METHOD

Step 1

Heat a grill pan over high heat. Brush salmon patties lightly with oil and grill on both sides for 5 minutes until cooked.

Step 2

Grill burger buns, cut side down, for 1 minute

Step 3

Spread tartare sauce over burger buns, top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and finish with the salmon pattie. Top the burger with the bun lid and serve.

Ingredients:

10 Tassal Tassie Salmon Burger Patties

Olive oil, for brushing

10 soft burger buns

200ml tartare sauce

4 large tomatoes, sliced

2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced

10 butter lettuce leaves
